What the best resume examples have in common
Across every job on this page the same four habits separate an interview-winning resume from an ignored one:
- A number in most bullets. Calls per shift, patients per day, budget managed, percentage improved. Numbers are what a recruiter remembers.
- A verb first. "Reduced", "trained", "built" rather than "responsible for".
- The job ad's own words. If the ad says "Salesforce" and "pipeline", so does the resume, where true.
- One page that looks full, not crammed. The builder's page-fit gauge shows exactly how full.
Names, employers and figures in the examples are invented for illustration. Use them as structure, not as claims.
