How to write it
- Say the new target role in your title line and summary.
- Put the most relevant work first, even volunteer or project work.
- Translate old jargon: "parent conferences" becomes "stakeholder interviews".

Should I use a functional resume for a career change?
A hybrid is safer: a strong summary and skills section, then chronological experience with reframed bullets.
