ResumeFlex operates as a 100% client-side application. We collect minimal data:
- Resume Content: Stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB
- Usage Analytics: Basic page views (anonymized)
What We DON'T Collect:
- No server-side storage of resume data
- No user accounts or passwords
- No personally identifiable information (PII) on our servers
Where Your Data Lives
- Resume Data: Stored in your browser's IndexedDB only
- No Cloud Storage: Your resumes never leave your device unless you explicitly export them
- You Control Your Data: Clear browser data to delete all resumes
Data Retention
Resume data persists in your browser until you:
- Clear browser data/cache
- Delete resumes manually via the interface
- Uninstall your browser
We have no server-side retention period (data is not on our servers).
Third-Party Services
ResumeFlex may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with our site. No resume content is sent to third parties.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data (it's in your browser)
- Delete your data (clear browser storage)
- Export your data (download resumes as PDF)
Children's Privacy
ResumeFlex does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
